One thing's for sure, it doesn't take any 7 hours to clone 60-something GiB. It's more like 18 minutes. I'll post a followup if I get one successfully restored.Paul R. They are unnecessary and useless when the backup software disappears along with the trashed partition. What's worse, I've seen situations where a new version of backup software won't read data written with an older version. This is just stupid. avoid avoid avoid.
